Gene joined the IVCF Staff the fall of 1949. He was a Regional Supervisor in charge of the staff training for the US and Canada and was later President of the US - IVCF. He helped with the purchase and management of Bear Trap Ranch near Colorado Springs, CO. This facility was used for conferences for university and college students and also for training student leaders.
